We’ve been talking to a lot of customers lately and one thing we keep hearing is how much they appreciate our people. They say things like…
“Katie, our customer success manager, is the BEST. She’s part of our ABM team…”

“Every CSM I’ve ever worked with at Demandbase has been fantastic!
And there are dozens more where these came from.
These sentiments reinforce what we already know. Our people are at the heart of everything that makes Demandbase great. And we want to keep it that way by taking great care of them.
One of the ways we’re doing that is by shutting down our offices and taking a company-wide fall break. We’ll be closed for the week of November 21 – 25, so our employees can refresh, recharge, and spend time with their families and loved ones without worrying about getting behind.
It’s a bold move. But we took a similar break earlier this year and it was a huge success. Our employees came back animated about incredible trips, family time, quiet time spent reading…and energized to tackle your challenges and help you achieve your big, audacious goals.
I hope you’re excited for us. After all, we’re taking this break very much with you in mind. When our employees are at the top of their game, they can bring their best to you.
But WHOA! What if you really do need us while we’re closed?
Not to worry. We’ve got you covered
Our Tech Support teams will split their breaks over a two week period, so someone will be here at all times to take care of your needs. Other critical support roles will be on call for escalations.
In the meantime, as we enter into this season of holidays around the globe, we wish you and your loved ones all the best.
