Earlier this year, we unveiled the GROWTH Community, a space designed exclusively for customers like you to come together, exchange best practices, and inspire one another. This community provides direct access to insights, actionable resources, and meaningful conversations with peers who share your challenges and aspirations. It’s not just a network; it’s a launchpad for groundbreaking ideas and collaboration.
To amplify the voices of our incredible customers, we also introduced the Demandbase Advocacy Program (DAP). This program enables us to showcase the stories, achievements, and contributions of our customers. The DAP puts a well-deserved spotlight on the remarkable work you’ve been doing (specifically through thought leadership opportunities, exclusive events, and storytelling), while empowering others to follow your lead.
Innovation thrives when knowledge expands. That’s why we’re proud to have launched a new Demandbase Academy AI course, built to equip you and your team with the tools and insights needed to harness the power of artificial intelligence in your marketing strategies. This course isn’t just about understanding AI; it’s about unlocking its full potential to drive smarter, data-driven decisions that benefit your prospects, customers, and overall business.
This year, we also introduced the first annual ABM Vanguard Awards, an opportunity to celebrate standout Demandbase customers who are driving measurable success, innovation, and collaboration through Account-Based Marketing. These awards spotlight our customers’ achievements while fostering community engagement and inspiring others to advance their ABM strategies. Winners will be recognized on stage next week at the NYC GO User Summit, and I can’t wait to share their amazing success stories with you.
Today, I’m excited to announce the launch of our Demandbase Customer Advisory Board (CAB). This initiative reflects a new level of collaboration between Demandbase and our customers. The CAB is designed to bring together some of the most influential and forward-thinking leaders in marketing and technology to guide our efforts, ensuring that your voices are not only heard but integrated into everything we do.
Our first CAB session kicks off on October 6th in New York City at our Demandbase GO NYC user summit, and we couldn’t be more excited about the impact this group will have. The CAB marks a critical step in strengthening the partnership between our team and the passionate, brilliant minds shaping the future of marketing today.
