Bruno Bertini serves as 8×8’s Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for developing and driving the company’s comprehensive global marketing strategy to deliver consistent growth and a leading market presence.
Bruno is a recognized technology growth marketer with over 15 years of experience in the customer experience and contact center space. He has an extensive track record leading marketing organizations in driving exceptional business results, and most recently served as Global Vice President of Demand Generation and Growth Marketing at Freshworks.
Before that, Bruno spent more than eight years as a marketing executive at Genesys where he had an extensive track record leading go-to-market transformations leveraging account-based marketing, developing growth marketing strategies and programs, and consistently delivering business results. Most recently, Bruno held the role of Global Vice President of Partnerships, Alliances, and Ecosystem Marketing at Genesys. Prior to that, he served as Global Vice President of Americas Revenue and Growth Marketing, also at Genesys.
Bruno is fluent in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese and holds a bachelor’s degree in Administration and Management from Uninove – Universidade Nove de Julho. Most recently, he completed the Chief Marketing Officer Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
