It depends on the certification and your learning pace. Most professionals complete the Account-Based GTM certification in 4-6 hours and the Measurement & Reporting certification in 3-5 hours. Both are self-paced, so you can work through the material on your schedule. You can pause and resume anytime.
Yes. Certifications are valid for one year from the date you pass the final assessment. This ensures your knowledge stays current as account-based strategies and the Demandbase platform evolve. You’ll receive a reminder 30 days before your certification expires with instructions for recertification.
Absolutely. Your certifications stay with you, not your company. If you change roles or companies, you can maintain your certifications by completing the annual recertification process. If you move into a different role (say, from Marketing to Sales), you can pursue additional certifications relevant to your new responsibilities.
You can still access select introductory courses on account-based strategy fundamentals at no cost. However, full access to all learning tracks, certifications, and product training is reserved for Demandbase customers. No. All certifications and learning tracks are completely free for Demandbase customers. This includes the ForgeX-partnered Account-Based GTM and Measurement & Reporting certifications, as well as all role-based training tracks.
Yes! Once you pass a certification assessment, you’ll receive a digital badge that you can add to your LinkedIn profile, email signature, and resume. The badge links back to a verification page that confirms your credential.
You can do both. Learning tracks are organized as guided journeys that build on each other, but you can also jump into individual courses or modules based on your specific needs. However, to earn a certification, you’ll need to complete all required courses within that certification path.
Academy focuses on teaching you account-based strategies, best practices, and how to use Demandbase to achieve specific outcomes. Support helps you troubleshoot technical issues, answer platform-specific questions, and resolve bugs. Think of Academy as “learning how to fish” and Support as “help when your fishing rod breaks.”
Yes, and we encourage it! The more people on your revenue team who understand account-based strategies and how to use Demandbase effectively, the faster you’ll see results. There’s no limit to the number of team members who can enroll.
