She leads her teams with a passionate focus on delivering accelerated time to value, driving measurable business outcomes and creating devoted customer advocates. Prior to Demandbase, Trish has scaled global customer success teams in diverse industries across North America, EMEA and APAC and held senior leadership roles at Terminus, Gainsight and NICE Systems.
