Onboarding Services

Demandbase will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide our customers the services needed to implement the product(s) purchased. Any work or obligations outside the scope of a standard implementation require a separate written agreement.
To facilitate the implementation of these products and achieve a standard implementation timeline, the customer is advised to meet all technical prerequisites before starting an integration.

Product-specific customer prerequisites:

  • Standard integration requirements and prerequisites for each integration are available on the Demandbase Knowledge Base: https://support.demandbase.com.
  • ABM Platform Pro: We (Demandbase) require background business strategy and related tactical information for completion of profiles, and the customer is responsible for the data quality and the scrubbing of the input lists (exclusion, named, and targets) used as part of the profile setup activities.
  • Engagement Solution: The customer must meet all technical prerequisites before starting an integration. Commercially reasonable efforts must be made to prioritize customer resources in support of a mutually agreed upon implementation plan, including adhering to deliverable due dates.
  • Conversion Solution: The customer’s CRM Administrator support is required to assist with implementation tasks (for example, to provide csv extract files and complete the oAuth connection with Demandbase). In addition, support from the customer’s Slack Administrator is needed to install the Demandbase Slack App, if applicable.
    • Specific to the initial CSV extract file, the following is required: Contacts & Accounts Report – where the company domain (of Account) or email domain (of Contact) is included, and the intended Conversion Insight recipient (e.g., Account Owner) is indicated on the Account record; Users Report – will contain all CRM users but only a subset will be provisioned for the Conversion per the number of seats purchased.
