Company Continues to Drive Rapid Growth in Subscription-Based Advertising Platform

SAN FRANCISCO — January 6, 2015 — Demandbase, a leader in B2B marketing solutions, today announced that David Karnstedt has joined its Board of Directors. Karnstedt has an impressive track record of executive management and advisory roles and expertise in digital advertising with Yahoo!, Adobe and Blue Kai. Recently, he was the President and CEO of Efficient Frontier where he led the company to a successful acquisition by Adobe for more than $400 million.

“Demandbase is the first company I have seen that is successfully converging advertising, marketing and CRM technology for the largely untapped $35 billion digital marketing sector,” said David Karnstedt. “They have an incredible roster of brands including all the largest marketing cloud providers and are disrupting CPM based advertising with a much more powerful subscription model.”

Demandbase’s ability to converge these technologies has enabled marketers to drive and measure more meaningful results and align with their sales teams to drive revenue.
