How long does each certification take?

It depends on the certification and your learning pace. Most professionals complete the Account-Based GTM certification in 5–6 hours, the Measurement & Reporting certification in 2–3 hours and the AI in ABM certification in 6-8 hours. All three are self-paced, so you can learn on your schedule and pause anytime.

Do certifications expire?

No. Once you pass the final assessment, your certification does not expire. As account-based strategies and the Demandbase platform evolve, new courses and updates may be introduced to help you continue building your expertise.

Can I get recertified if I change roles?

Yes. Certifications stay with you, not your company. If you change roles or employers, you can maintain your certification through the annual recertification process. You can also pursue additional certifications that match your new responsibilities.

What if I'm not a Demandbase customer?

You can still take all three certification courses, including AI in ABM, Account-Based GTM, and Measurement & Reporting. Demandbase customers also get access to additional Academy learning tracks focused on product training and platform usage.

Is there a cost for certifications?

Certifications are free for Demandbase customers. For non-customers, each certification course is $349. Demandbase occasionally offers promotional access, so keep an eye out for opportunities to enroll at no cost.

Can I share my certification on LinkedIn?

Yes. After you pass the certification assessment, you’ll receive a digital badge you can add to LinkedIn, your email signature, or your resume. The badge links to a verification page that confirms your credential.

Do I need to complete the entire certification program, or can I take individual courses?

You can do both. The Account-Based GTM, Measurement & Reporting, and AI in ABM certifications are separate courses that can be completed individually at your own pace. Demandbase customers also have access to additional Academy learning tracks focused on product training, which can be completed on their own schedule.
