Demandbase for Sales provides sales reps with a prioritized list of top accounts based on engagement, intent, or trending news. Before viewing account details, reps see Pipeline Predict and Qualification scores explaining why an account was recommended, along with recommended contacts likely in the buying group and their buying roles.
The Account tab displays a corporate family tree, similar companies, technologies used, and financial information for public companies. Buying roles and buying groups can be confirmed, with the ability to assign individuals to buying groups or dismiss and restore previously dismissed contacts. Sellers can filter by confirmed records and verify buying group coverage to identify gaps.
Site Analytics matches site visits to known contacts using location data and identifies potential contacts from unknown visitors, surfacing key page visits and top locations. Additional account-level data includes top intent keywords, top job functions, and similar companies.
The People tab allows reps to search for new contacts, view contact details, and sync contact records directly to Salesforce. Contact Quality Score (CQS) ranks contacts with a letter grade based on data recency, source reliability, and title rank, allowing reps to prioritize leads without verifying information across multiple tools. Filtering by CQS helps maintain clean CRM data.
The Engagement section displays intent data and first-party intelligence, including who has interacted with the company, how they interacted, and trending intent keywords drawn from Demandbase for Marketing.
The Insights tab surfaces recent news articles about the account, which can be sorted by topic for use as conversation starters. Watchlists provide automated updates on accounts of interest.
