Prescriptive sales dashboards

Prescriptive Sales Dashboards in Demandbase help sellers prioritize accounts based on Pipeline Predict Scores, Qualification Scores, engagement, intent, and news events. The default view shows a list of accounts to reach out to, ranked using a combination of predictive scores, intent, and engagement data.

Sellers can select from a dropdown menu of account lists they own or subscribe to. These lists are either manually created by sellers or auto-generated based on their territory. Additional dropdown options include a prioritized list of accounts with high engagement, accounts with intent, and accounts in the news.

Engaged accounts are ranked by engagement minutes. Selecting an account reveals the activities driving that engagement.

Intent accounts can be filtered to show those trending in intent, meaning accounts showing an increase in research for a specific keyword. The right panel displays the relevant keyword to provide context for outreach.

News events include funding announcements, partnerships, and new offerings. For users not licensed for Demandbase for Marketing, the news view is the default Prescriptive Sales Dashboard view.

Selecting any account opens a right panel showing why that account was prioritized. If connections are enabled, recommended contacts at that account are surfaced. If Buying Groups are configured in Demandbase for Marketing, the dashboard also shows buying group contact recommendations drawn from first-party and third-party data, matched to personas defined in Buying Groups. Sellers can confirm the buying group and role for each recommended contact.

Clicking View Account Details opens the full account page, which includes firmographic data, contact data, intent signals, and buying group information. The Buying Group summary shows which buying groups to prioritize, persona coverage, and the number of contact recommendations available.
