Orchestration overview

Demandbase Orchestration walkthrough covering the visual builder, advanced branching logic, and streamlined action menus.

The automation flow begins with selectors that build dynamic populations updating in real-time. Rather than broad audience definitions, selectors identify accounts and people based on specific intent surges and high engagement signals to target prospects within the buying window.

The scheduler controls when and how often a play runs. It can be set to run once or configured as a recurring automation to continuously detect risks such as stalled deals and act on them to prevent pipeline decay.

Conditional filters refine targeting further by including or excluding members based on specific conditions, focusing resources on higher-value targets.

Actions can be triggered in parallel. For example, key contacts are automatically added to a Marketo nurture campaign, eliminating manual uploads and reducing latency. Marketing and sales actions run concurrently.

The decision node enables customizable branching logic that evaluates each member and routes them to the appropriate action. This replaces linear workflows with dynamic, multipath execution. An example use case is automatically determining who enters an outreach sequence based on member attributes.

The history log provides a full audit trail of every execution, including which members qualified, which actions fired, and sync status. This allows RevOps teams to validate logic, troubleshoot errors, and assess pipeline impact.

Key capabilities shown: drag-and-drop visual workflow builder, multipath journeys with advanced branching logic, streamlined action menus, and execution history with full visibility.
