Intent agent overview

The Intent Agent is a Demandbase Agentbase AI Agent that summarizes intent activity and insights using a unified data foundation to help identify in-market accounts. To access it, navigate to Intent under the Engagement tab in the left navigation. Select an account or account list, then choose a timeframe using Quick Picks ranging from Last 7 days to Last 12 months, or customize via the calendar. The Intent Agent provides AI-generated summaries of intent keyword insights and trends to help marketers tailor campaigns and content. Upon loading the intent page, 2 to 3 keyword and keyword set insights are displayed by default, with an option to generate additional detailed insights. A new intent visualizer shows intent keywords mapped across journey stages, enabling analysis of intent strength by stage to inform top, middle, and bottom funnel campaign decisions.
