Account engagement agent overview

The Account Engagement Agent is a Demandbase Agentbase AI agent that summarizes account engagement activity and insights using a unified data foundation. To access it, select an account, click View Account Details, then select AI Account Summary within the account tab.

The agent provides AI-generated summaries across five tabs. The Overview tab consolidates all account insights for a quick at-a-glance view. The Engagement tab summarizes account activity based on Engagement Minutes, highlighting the highest engagement activities. The Intent tab shows what people at the account are researching across the web, including intent keywords, competitive keywords, and trending intent. The Technographics tab identifies which technologies are relevant to the account to help assess product fit. The Activities tab covers all activities associated with the account, including website visits, campaign responses, and intent signals.

In addition to summaries, the agent surfaces Recommended Actions based on the insights, such as following up with a specific contact, exporting data to a CRM, or adding a contact to an email sequence.
