A. We are currently working on a plan to reschedule the event in the fall and will keep you updated on the details as they become available. We promise—we’re just as anxious as you are!
Q. Should I cancel my registration?
A. You do not need to cancel your registration. All current registrations—including ABM Certification courses as applicable—will be rolled over to the rescheduled event.
Q. Will I be refunded for my ticket to ABM Innovation Summit?
A. If you would like to cancel your registration and receive a refund, please complete this form. Once the refund is processed, you will receive an email notification.
Q. What will happen to my hotel reservation?
A. Due to the rescheduling of this event, all hotel reservations under the block with the Hyatt Regency San Francisco have been canceled. If you would still plan to travel to San Francisco and would like to inquire about availability at the Hyatt please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. Will my travel expenses be reimbursed?
A. With the conference being rescheduled, Demandbase will refund any requests for paid registration fees. However, as noted in our Cancellation policy, Demandbase will not be liable for any other reimbursements, and this would include travel expenses.
Q. Is ABM Certification also being rescheduled?
A. ABM Certification is also being rescheduled and will not take place on March 18. All registrations will be rolled over to the later date, including the certification courses as applicable. If you would like to swap your certification status as the new date approaches, you can contact email@example.com and we will manage requests as they come in.

Why I should attend the ABM Innovation Summit
The ABM Innovation Summit is taking place at Pier 27 in San Francisco, March 17-18, 2020 and I’m hoping to get your approval to attend.
The ABM Innovation Summit is the ultimate ABM event of the year. There are over 20 speaking sessions, industry keynotes, product training and 1:1 meetings with B2B experts so I know I will return with new ideas, best practices and insights to share with our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for me to get to take an ABM Certification course on the second day that will give me the expertise and confidence to expand and optimize our ABM programs.
I am especially looking forward to getting to know the ABM community and learn best practices and success stories from ABM leaders and practitioners at leading companies like SAP, Salesforce, KPMG, Lyft and more. With more than 1,000 marketing and sales attendees, there are also plenty of opportunities to network and learn new strategies and tactics from my peers.

As we approach our ABM Innovation Summit, we would like to assure our attendees, sponsors and speakers that we are still planning to proceed with the event. Like much of the world, we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak. And if we feel that the spread of the virus will threaten the health and safety of those planning to attend, then we will cancel or postpone. For now, we are implementing additional measures for the conference, such as including hand sanitizing stations and additional cleaning crew to sanitize high traffic areas continuously through the day. We will provide updates on this site, and via our twitter feed, as more information becomes available.
