Community also plays an integral role in our culture. We encourage our employees to participate in fun social events as well as events that give back to the community. These activities range from baseball games and boat cruises to beach cleanups and food packaging events for families in developing countries. Rather than have our HR team drive culture initiatives, employees manage offsite events and organize club activities through participation in our “Culture Club.” As a result, there’s something for everyone, from yoga and running to book clubs and weekly happy hours.
