I’m very happy to announce that I’ve joined Demandbase as Chief Financial Officer. I’ve tracked the company from afar for years, and I’m delighted to see how far the category of account-based marketing (ABM) solutions, and specifically, Demandbase, has come. Our end-to-end platform leverages AI and machine learning, big data (we have developed and maintain one of the largest B2B data graphs) and best-in-class ABM technology. Many of the biggest and fastest growing companies in the world rely on our SaaS solution today.
I am excited to partner with Chris Golec and the seasoned leadership team here. As I consider the spectrum of opportunities across private, high-growth B2B SaaS companies, I believe we have a truly unique opportunity here to build a company of enduring value. The promise (and challenges!) of marketing solutions to CMOs is well documented. At Demandbase, our core value proposition is simple: we help B2B companies identify, win and grow the accounts that matter most.
I’ve been fortunate in my career to have been part of exceptional teams at great private companies like Xamarin (Microsoft), LiveRamp (Acxiom, then LiveRamp again), and Ooyala (Telstra). I’ll draw upon those experiences here and focus my efforts on being a great partner to the business as we scale. In my experience, great cultures generate the biggest wins, execute the best, and deliver the best employee and customer experiences. With Demandbase, I was first attracted by what I see as a rich and growing enterprise category of ABM solutions — the award-winning culture and passion around building a great B2B SaaS business at scale is what sold me.
The momentum here around account-based marketing thought leadership is awesome. I look forward to further engaging with our customers and partners as we continue to scale!
