Your Customer Success Manager acts as your main point of contact and partner once you become a Demandbase customer. Our goal is to guide our customers through a quick and easy implementation of our services and realize measurable results as quickly as possible. Every customer is guided through the business decisions they need to make, along with our recommended best practices, in order to successfully implement Demandbase services to achieve the unique goals of each customer.
Your CSM will work closely with you throughout the duration of your contract with Demandbase with weekly or monthly check in calls, in depth quarterly business reviews, roundtable discussions with your peers and case studies. We want our customers to be customers for life – your success is our primary concern.
