Our long awaited blog overhaul is almost complete, and it is all now hinging upon whether or not I have updated the RSS feed correctly. The odds are that if you are reading this, then we were successful.
I will take this opportunity to talk a little bit about what we did and how we are going to be changing, so that by next week when Dreamforce hits the San Francisco streets we can be up and running, sharing thoughts and insights from the conference and how it all relates to Demandbase, our products and our Business Resolution Platform, and B2B marketing in general.
Change Number One: Products and Industry Insights
We have added a Products and Industry section to the blog, with the intent to call out specific changes or advances to the Demandbase Real-Time Identification Service and Business Resolution Platform, but also to look at topics tied directly to the marketing technology space and their impact on B2B marketers. You will automatically receive updates to this section as a subscriber to the feed, but the first post is called Demandbase and Do Not Track.
Change Number Two: More Content
Demandbase is growing. With more marketers, we now have more authors who will be contributing to the Demandbase blog. We are adding layers of marketing operations experience, revenue performance management wizardry, demand generation ideas, marketing automation expertise, and product marketing excellence to the mix, so there will be a wide variety of new content hitting the blog. I'm lucky to be working with these folks, and I am excited to hear what they have to say. We'll handle introductions later...but there is a new post in the best practices area as well. Three Charts B2B Marketers Need to Pull From Analytics if they Advertise Online.
